Can¡¦t turn IRD power on

Remote controller failure

 

Replace battery or change a new remote controller, otherwise, use

Manual way to control your IRD.  

Does any lamp light-up on front panel?

IRD temporary failed.

 Make sure that there is electricity on wall-outlet and IRD had plug into wall-outlet properly. If still dead, pls change a new IRD.  

Suddenly shut off automatically

Power button stocked or electric power unstable.

Tick-off the stocking object¡K

Change to another wall outlet..

Black Screen.

TV is not yet turn-on, or TV did not switch to A/V mode. 

Turn TV power on, and set the TV to A/V mode.

 

¡¨No Signal¡¨ or ¡§Signal low¡¨ message appear

Antenna dish or LNB was not properly aligned. or cable connector lousy.

Re-adjust dish alignment, check LNB angle, check the cable connector if it corrupted, otherwise tighten it.

No TV Channel found. Or signal low .

IRD receiving parameters did not properly set.

Smart Card not Found¡¨ or ¡§pls in

.No Signal.

Dish antenna signal did not come into IRD.

Antenna cable shall be connecting on the ¡§LNB IN¡¨ connector.

TV audio is OK but no video, or reversed.

Video/audio cable failed or not proper connected.

Change a new pair of A/V cable. Re-connect A/V cable tightly

TV video is OK but no sound, or reversed.

You are tuning on a radio channel.

It¡¦s absolutely normal.

Picture frozen, no respond while press button of front panel 

IRD temporary failed.

 

Un-plug power cord from wall outlet, after 10 seconds, re-plug into wall outlet again. Re-start your IRD.

 

TV video is OK but no sound, or reversed.

.A/V cable failed or loss.

 

Change a new pair of A/V cable .
