Mr. Chih-Lung Wang who is the pioneer in Taiwan satellite broadcasting industry founded Chinese Satellite Communication Group on 1989. After 17 years of hard work, he has successfully build four Chinese DTH platforms, which are C-Sky-Net, I-Sky-Net, A-Sky-Net and 146-Sky-Net. These platforms carry more than 50 satellite TV channels for millions of overseas Chinese household to enjoy the quality TV programs from Taiwan, Hong Kong and China without boarders and time gap via our 4 satellites DTH platforms. 

Besides our DTH services, we also run 4 TV channels which are Chinese Stock Channel, Asia Travel Channel, CSTV and Boss Golf channel. In addition, we also offer up link service, satellite bandwidth rental service and act as the agent for international channel and will launch a web based exhibition platform for TV programs sellers and buyers. 
We’re constantly devoted to the R&D of new media technologies such as IPTV, Interaction TV and Mobile TV.

1989	The founding of Chinese Satellite Communication begins with the establishment of Long Chain Information Inc. which was aim to provide millions of investors the real time information about the Taiwan stock market
1992	We established One Leader Communication Inc. , renting Palapa C2 satellite in Indonesia to transmit TV program signals for channel such as music, travel and stock.
1995	We launch our own Chinese music channel, Chinese Travel Channel and Chinese stock channel with AP Star satellite via Chunghwa Telecom’s up link service. Meanwhile we start to establish our own satellite terrestrial up link station in Taiwan.
1996	Chinese Satellite TV’s terrestrial up link station was built up with the rental of several ApStar 2R transponders. We start to offer DTH service for Chinese in Chinese speaking area and Taiwan with the establishments of C-Sky-Net DTH platform which offer 50 satellite channels. Meanwhile, we provide Satellite Band width rental and up link service. Our clients including EBC, USTV, Hollywood Taiwan and TTV international etc.We renamed ourselves Chinese Satellite Communication Group this year.
1999	I-Sky-Net Satellite Broadcasting Platform was built up with the rental of JcSat 3 satellite to broadcast 13 satellite channels to all South East Asia. We rent Telestar 5 to broadcast to Chinese in Northern America. Our Northern U.S. broadcasting business was transfer to EBC group later on.
2002	A-Sky-Net DTH platform was found with the rental of Malaysia’s Measat 2 satellite to broadcast 17 channels from Taiwan, China and Hong Kong to Australia. From then on, our 3 platforms is nicknamed C.I.A. platform in this industry.
2003	Asia travel channel was launched to broadcast travel programs 24H a day.
2005	I-Sky-Net DTH platform switched the satellite it use from Jcsat-3 to Apstar 5. The number of channels on our platform was added to 22CH which make our subscribers in south east country have more choices. C-Sky-Net rent Agila 2 satellite to set up 146-Sky DTH to offer 13 channels for audiences who have difficulty receiving the Apstar 2 signals because of their house location.
2006	CSTV Indonesia  was launched to broadcast Chinese movie and drama with Buhasa subtitle to serve our audience in Indonesia. We’re building a global media resource transaction website with multi language interface. This web site is aim to be a B2B transaction platform which facilitate the transaction of TV programs and movies on the internet. This web site enable seller to upload their sample video clips on our web site for buyer to preview which lower down the transaction cost and help our clients to have more opportunities to make deal happen.
